A Chinese restaurant near my office offers pictures of some of its delicacies. Based on McDonalds and Burger King, I have always assumed that the intention of this was to oversell your meals, whereas in the case of more authentic Chinese food, for me the motto 'less is more' applies strongly. I think I'll stick to my chicken chow mein and leave the dry fried pig intestines to a gastronaut.
