The world's first spreadsheet?

Clearing out my autorecover files in MS Excel I came across this file:

Clearly a New Year's party in the Elizabethan times wasn't sufficient to get me away from a spreadsheet, unless of course the reason for the crash was me dashing off to the party and pulling the plug on the PC.
